At Molly Limpet's we specialise in high quality fancy dress costumes, but to suit all budgets.
Our costumes are all cleaned on site and a large proportion of our stock is unique to us.
We cater for ALL sizes for men and women, and currently have the largest costume collection in Yorkshire, with a stock of approximately 20,000 costumes to draw from.
The same tailors that make our theatrical costumes also make our fancy dress range, so you can be assured of our quality and we can make alterations to costumes where possible to ensure you get the best fit.
We hire costumes and footwear in house, and sell hundreds of costumes, wigs, accessories and more.

Due to the large volume of garments we hold we are able to cater for large events such as weddings, theme nights and corporate events, all the while ensuring that we don't send any two people in the same costume.
We cover these events throughout Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire; people really do travel to get their costumes from us.
It also gives our customers a thrill to know that they may be wearing a costume that has appeared on stage or TV or been worn by a celebrity!
We are constantly adding to our stock with new costumes being added each week, in order to broaden what we can offer and also to keep up with new trends.
We have found pirate themes to be popular this past year so have extended our pirate range to cater for people on a simple budget, through to our deluxe range where we have heavy pirate suits that come complete with pirate boots, wig and so on.
Ladies have a choice of laced up corsets for pirate wenches, sexy pirate ladies with laced bodices in a tunic style, or elaborate gowns for 18th century pirate ladies - and so much more!
We have also just broadened our ABBA / 1970s range, due to the popularity of the recent Mamma Mia film. We have not had a weekend in eight years of trading that we have not had a 70s costume out! We have 150 + costumes for 60s/70s/ABBA themes for ladies (in sizes 6 to 32!) and a similar amount for men to choose from (in chest size 38" to 60"!).
We are always sourcing fabulous new wigs to complement these costumes - and our custom made platform footwear totally perfects the look!

We are on the A61 in Woodseats, opposite Woodseats Police Station. Easily accessible from Sheffield City Centre, Chesterfield or Nottingham.
Follow signs for the A61 heading towards Sheffield or Chesterfield (depending on which direction you are coming from) and it will bring you right past our door!
Look out for a bright window full of stunning costumes.
Opening Times: Monday to Friday from 10am to 5.30pm.
Saturday 10am to 4pm.
Closed Sundays.
During holidays etc times may vary.
Pricing: We cater for all budgets, with prices starting from £12 through to £35 for the majority of our fancy dress range, with some deluxe outfits up to £65.
